Helen graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing. Running, cycling and swimming are Helen’s passion and her way to release “mind tension”. She has completed many triathlons, half marathons and marathons. After experimenting with other job venues, Helen has found where she belongs here at FOUNDATIONperformance-Warren . Helen will be running the administration in the Warren office while also helping with marketing and social media. Ensuring a positive experience and helping people, staff and clients alike, is of utmost importance in her career. Helen’s family consists of two terrific teenagers, her supportive and patient husband of over twenty years, two odd dogs and a crazy cat.
